Shipping policy
1. Overview
At Vellast Beauty CO., we are committed to delivering your beauty and electronics products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom.
By placing an order with Vellast Beauty CO., you agree to the terms described in this policy.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States (USA) — All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands.
- United Kingdom (UK) — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and the shipping method selected. The exact cost will always be displayed before you complete your purchase — there are no hidden fees.
Free shipping may be available on selected orders or during promotional periods. Where applicable, this will be shown automatically at checkout.
4. Order Processing Times
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. Processing includes payment verification, quality inspection, and packaging.
- Standard Processing: 1–3 business days
- Peak Periods (holidays, promotions): Up to 5 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier disruptions, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.
6. Customs & Import Processing
Your order may pass through customs or international transit before reaching you. This is a standard part of the global shipping process and is already accounted for within our delivery timeframes. You will not be charged any additional customs fees by Vellast Beauty CO.
Please note:
- UK prices include VAT where applicable under UK law.
- US prices are exclusive of state and local sales taxes, which may be applied at checkout depending on your delivery address.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at contact@vellastbeauty.com.
8. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Orders
Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@vellastbeauty.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the item before discarding anything, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Delayed Orders
If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
9. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Vellast Beauty CO. is not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect from a local collection point, or an unattended delivery where a signature is required.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@vellastbeauty.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
